Cancellation Policy

At SetupGulf, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your request for business setup services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the stage of your application:

• Before Application Submission: If you cancel before we have submitted your application to the relevant government authorities, you are eligible for a full refund of our service fees, less any administrative costs incurred.
• After Application Submission: Once the application has been submitted to the government authorities, government fees are non-refundable. Our service fees may be partially refunded at our discretion, depending on the work already completed.
• License Issuance: No refunds will be issued once the trade license or company registration documents have been issued.

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 14-30 business days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
